Drew has 25 years of security experience across both government and the private sector. I have previously led teams as Chief Security Officer for SpaceX, Honeywell, and CME Group. Drew's experience extends to hiring and managing engineering teams, having recruited top-tier talent at a publicly-traded cyber security company and one he founded where they built innovative, scalable, and secure data protection solutions. His technical expertise spans data protection, cybersecurity, and advanced security systems. He has a proven track record of assembling high-performing teams to tackle complex technical challenges.

A graduate in Physical Sciences and holder of a Master's in Finance, Carlos has led technology consulting projects across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, managing business units of over 5,000 people. His expertise lies in the banking and industrial sectors, where he leverages digital technology and GenAI to drive organizational transformation. In addition to his executive roles, Carlos is an entrepreneur and business angel, actively supporting digital companies.
Fernando brings nearly 25 years of expertise in finance, excelling in investment banking, restructuring, and private equity leadership.
He holds an MSc in International Finance from the University of Amsterdam and a BSc in Business Administration from Tec de Monterrey. As Managing Director of Balius Advisors, Fernando has built a distinguished career, holding senior roles in prominent organizations. His experience includes leading investment banking and private equity efforts at INVEX, co-heading the Mexico City office of Álvarez & Marsal, and driving mergers, acquisitions, and private equity initiatives at Banorte-Ixe.
